To me Tulips are the natural successors to daffodils in the vase in my living room! Traditionally tulips mean enduring love between partners or family members - no wonder they are so popular.
I’ve chosen to stitch three different coloured tulips but you could stitch all three the same colour. Some tulips are multi-coloured so you could try recreating this in stitches.
You could add also more flowers to your pattern, exclude the leaves or add a vase. I see this pattern as a starting point for you to get creative.
This pattern has now retired from the free pattern programme, but you can purchase the pattern with guidance and support for just a few pounds over at my Etsy shop where you can also find the full kit with all the materials you need to stitch this project.
